BDI specializes in the private placement of capital for mid-market commercial real estate development projects on behalf of third party investors in conjunction with BDI’s own account. In short, we stand together with our investors from project conception to completion. Tasks involved in BDI’s commitment to success involve executing many different deliverables including:
- Liaising with Industry to review potential opportunities
- Site selection review and analysis
- Feasibility studies for current and future land use and municipal propositions
- Present value financial analysis modeling of existing and future asset cash flows
- Physical property due diligence
- Mortgage underwriting
- Tenant lease negotiations
- Delivery of tenant space as per lease negotiations
- Disposition and ongoing asset management strategic analysis
