Project Description:
The building is wood frame and steel construction coupled with red brick veneer exterior, a mansard style roof line and faux architectural tower. Barry Developments negotiated all turns access that provided tenants with prominent exposure to North|South and East|West traffic patterns. In addition, the originals plans required adaptations to comply with building codes regulations.
Barry Developments successfully negotiated a land swap with Southland Canada (7-11) to acquire the lands for development.
