Barry Developments together with Bucci multi-residential developer acquired the former Amylorne trailer park, totaling 20 acres.  Barry Developments subdivided the property to include a hotel site, multi residential site, municipal roadway (dedicated to the City upon completion) and the existing site of Lake Bonavista Square. The buildings of Lake Bonavista Square are situated in a village format with a total of 3 CRU buildings and 2 single tenant freestanding structures integrated with the hotel site.  The project was frame construction on concrete slab on grade.  The exterior consists of stacked stone accents featuring neutrally colored stucco and asphalt roof composition.
