Panorama Crossing is a 28,000 12 tenant strip retail shopping centre, constructed of wood frame over concrete slab on grade.  The property is prominently located at the 4-ways lighted intersection with 3 ingress| egress points.  Architecturally, the building combines a neutral stucco exterior finish with stacked brick accents and cedar fascia.  The roof consists of black asphalt shingles of a sloped roof deck.  The site is fully landscaped and there are two large pylon signs located at the perimeter of the site.

Barry Developments acquired the site and pre-leased 65% of the space prior to construction commencement.  Today, the centre is 100% leased and there is a waiting list for upcoming available space.
