Project Description:
Architecturally appealing retail strip centre, Somerset Crossing is a high profile centre with corner location along a busy thoroughfare. The building consists of stucco and river rock exterior accents and a decorative colored roof line, fascia and soffits. Barry Developments achieved a higher pylon sign height through its negotiation with the city.
