Village Square at the Lake at Heritage Pointe, Calgary, Alberta

Village Centre at the Lake at Heritage Pointe was constructed in 4 phases to provide consistent tenant demand and controlled absorption. A village style centre each building was strategically situated on the site to achieve maximum site lines and advantageous access points. Each building is finished with architecturally appealing stone and stucco over finishes accented by rod iron styled lamp posts, recessed fascia pot lighting, and a promenade style internal pedestrian walkway system between buildings.

The negotiations of both the construction of the building structure and proposed signage, concluded with Barry Developments achieving area resident support in addition to the municipal approval for the development.
